The beautiful small Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan suddenly became THE country to be in over the past weekend...

HK long time partners, Tony Leung and Carina Lau finally got married this Tuesday at the beautiful Kingdom of Bhutan. They had been together for 19 years and had suffered many rumours of break ups and 3rd parties and even survived a kidnapping. The marriage ceremony attracted media attention and to avoid being harassed, the couple chose to have their wedding held at the Kingdom, with the blessings and help from the Bhutanese monarch.

What caught my attention was not how handsome the couple looked in the traditional Bhutanese wedding gowns loaned to them by the monarch... But... I was immediately attracted by how handsome the current and next Bhutanese Kings are!

The King of Bhutan had decided and declared that he will abdicate the crown and pass to the crown price in 2008 in a bid to give democracy to his people. But though the news was made in 2005, it never caught our attention till now... :p
